Q. So what's the deal with all of these races? How do I know what to be?
A. Generally, you make your own race. You get to come up with your own race history, powers, and whatnot. Of course you can ask permission to use the race of another member if you so choose, though we really do prefer originals!
Q. Can I marry off my characters and let them have children?
A. Yes, of course. I suggest you don't own both of them in the process, it makes RPing a little hard and boring. If you do decide to have your character conceive a child, you must keep in mind that this will effect their performance in the Eyrie drastically. The Catalysts might not be too pleased.
Q. Can my character be In two places at different time periods?
A. While some sites do not allow you to be in more than one thread (or place) at once, we will. We find that it's more fun and the people who don't have a lot of characters don't get too bored. Just make sure to follow the timestamping rules.
Q. How many characters can I have? Do I have to make a new account for them?
A. We prefer members not to have more than five characters. All characters must be kept as active parts of the storyline. If we feel a member is not capable of juggling more characters, the additionals will not be accepted. Yes, you must make a new account for each character.
Q. Can my character be a(n) All-Marshall/Keeper/Catalyst?
A. There will be a very small handful of these roles running around, permitted for use only by those we have deemed advanced (and loyal to the site) enough.
Q. Do I have to have a code name?
A. Only if you join the Aengels faction. For other characters, acceptable display names are full names for Neutrals, and Rank- Last name for Force members.
Q. Can I play a double agent?
A. Only you can decide what is right and what is wrong here, Fledgling. Your way is not a clear-cut path.
Q. Wait, this plot seems kinda violent! Does that mean my character could die?!
A. Yes, this is a site about assassins and revolt so your character WILL get hurt a lot, and sometimes very badly. But have no fear, the only way your character can die is if YOU want them to. Don't be afraid to give your character a proper ending.
Q. What's the typical age of a member?
A. With a few exceptions, our members range from ages 20-25.9
Q. How active is Aengels Eyrie?
A. It fluctuates. Personally, I refuse to make the Eyrie a chore for myself or my members. The moment posting becomes a duty rather than a delight is when the site will start to die. That being said, we consider ourselves a low-activity site post wise. Quality over quantity, I say.
